Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that processing does not include weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may extend by a few days. Additional time in transit may also be required for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout. Delivery timelines may vary, and occasional delays may occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to activate.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
TranquilAir is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your shipment. These fees are determined by your local government and are the customer’s responsibility to pay.
Damages
We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please file a claim with the shipping carrier and retain all packaging materials and damaged items as evidence. Contact us if further assistance is required.
International Shipping
We currently did not ship internationally outside of the United States. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs, customs duties, or taxes that may arise.
